For All Cranhill Tenants evolved from Cranhill Council Tenants Forum and has been in existence since 1999. A management committee operates which meets on a monthly basis to discuss and agree business issues relating to the management of 1138 homes in Cranhill. All committee members live in Cranhill and are committed to improving the living conditions of all residents in Cranhill.

FACT will manage the delivery of Housing services to Glasgow Housing Association's tenants living in Cranhill and will act as a Management agent under an agreement with GHA.

Our committee consists of tenants, owner occupiers and special members who may have relevant interests in Cranhill. An Annual General Meeting takes place every year at which time one third of our committee is elected. Committee meetings are open to the public and interested parties are welcome to attend by arrangement.

FACT is registered under the Industrial & Provident Societies Act 1965 (Reg No: 2604RS) and was registered as a Social Landlord ( Reg No: 351)on 31st March 2004.
