We want to encourage as many of our tenants as possible to be members of FACT.

It is important that you get your chance to have a say in the running of the Housing Service. FACT are committed to listening to the people who live in this area. We also wish to establish a group of local residents to become a Registered Tenant Organisation acting on behalf of residents and ensuring that we are providing the type of service that you deserve and desire. If you are interested in becoming part of such a group then contact Sharon O'Hare on 274 7081.

How to apply

FACT encourage all residents to become a member of FACT. All you have to do is complete the Membership Form, available from the Housing Office at 6 Crowlin Crescent, and return it to the office with £1.

• To become a member you need to be one of the following and 18 years or over (16 years in case of tenants) to qualify for membership:
• Tenants of the GLASGOW HOUSING ASSOCIATION houses that we manage.
• Residents living within our area of operation.
• Members of any tenants household
• Organisations within our area of operation

Membership of FACT Ltd entitles you to stand for election to the Management Committee (if you are over 18 and other relevant rules are met) and to vote at general meetings of the organisation, on the election of the committee and on any other matters set out in the rule book.
